All homeowners and residents have a responsibility to protect and maintain the roads. That's what the North Highland Lake Road Association is all about. Our mission is to protect these roads from inappropriate use, ice heaves, potholes, cave-ins, plugged culverts and normal wear and tear.  BUT we cannot achieve our goals without your help.
